1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Note: Returns are not accepted for items due to change of mind, or if the item has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
2. Timeframe for Return
- You must request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return approval.
- The product must be in original packaging and unused condition.
3. Refund Process
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, customers will receive:
- Exchange for the same or similar item, depending on availability.
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items on sale or promotion
- Used or damaged products not caused during delivery
- Items without original packaging
